Welcome to the review submissions page! Here you can submit your opinions and comments about alarm companies you have done business with. We encourage you to submit a review, whether your experience was good or bad! If you represent any of the alarm companies mentioned on this site, you can also use the form below to submit a rebuttal.
If you are submitting a review for a local alarm company, include the city and state/province the company is located in. (Note: In some cases your system will be installed by a local company, but monitored by another. These are known as "subdealer" programs, and are common with many of the bigger companies ie. ADT, Brink's, First Alert, etc. If this is true in your case, let us know the local company name, and the name of the company that monitors your system.)
You are solely responsible for any review that you submit and/or that is published on our site. You agree that you will only provide information that you believe to be true, and you will not purposely provide false or misleading information. In certain cases (at our discretion), we may ask for proof that you were indeed a client of the alarm company you are reviewing.

Why Do You Need My Email Address?
Please include your email address with your submission. This is for two purposes only: 1) To send you ONE reminder email three months after your submission, to request an update to your situation. If you had a problem, was it resolved? If you submitted a positive review, are you still happy? We've made these changes in fairness to the alarm companies, who may have taken positive measures to solve your issues/concerns. 2) At our discretion, we may ask for proof that you were actually a client of the alarm company you are reviewing.
We will ABSOLUTELY NOT use your email address for any other purpose. Please understand, then, that we can no longer publish reviews that do not include an email address. Thanks for your understanding, and for submitting your review.
Why Hasn't My Review Been Published?
1. You submitted a review with a fake or invalid email address.
2. You wrote your review in ALL CAPS.
3. Your email was blocked by our spam filters (rare).
4. Your review covers issues already addressed many times on the same page i.e. recurring contracts.
5. Your review contains excessive profanity, spelling or grammatical errors, or is otherwise incomprehensible.
6. Your review is primarily an advertisement.
