(Added Apr/08) I hate Monotronics and SPOT Security so much. They have made our kitchen remodel a freaking nightmare. Getting them to unhook our system, rewire and now re-install the panel has been nothing but a painful unfunny comedy of errors. They never do what they say they will, they are incapable of doing what is asked of them, and they clearly have their heads stuck somewhere other than their necks. All they do well is debit my checking account. I can't believe I've entrusted the security of my home to these inept morons. Of course I don't really have a security system, do I, since they can't seem to reinstall he panel. I've been on hold for about an hour now, still working on something I thought I had taken care of three remembering the peace of mind I had before I ever heard of monotronics. I am so glad my business is important to them.
