(Added May 27/10) We have been with them for approximately 10 years. System seems to work ok, had a couple of false alarms and had to go to the plant with the police, all worked out ok so far. Equipment is installed in Maple Grove, MN 55369

(Added June 6/08) Prowire is a small local company that installs Honeywell First Alert products. I could not be happier with my security system. I was able to bypass the fly-by-night deals of large national chains that offer you a small up-front cost but then require to sign a long term monitoring contract at almost forty dollars a month. Prowire, being small and local, offered me personalized service. They where professional and honest about their pricing. I felt that they were trying to build a relatoinship not just make a sale.
