| Recent Review For PCA Security: I received a phone call on 7-24-08 at my place of business from PCA Security, LLC and they were offering a promotional special on business security systems. I was currently in the market for a security system so I set up an appointment for one of their sales people to come out and provide me with further information. The following day 7-25-08 the salesman ******* shows up at my business to give his sales pitch. I was told at the end of the presentation that if I would like to take advantage of the promotional special I must sign the paperwork before the salesman leaves. I get the salesman to offer a notice of cancellation dated 7-28-08; to give me a little bit of time to decide. I had 2 more competitors coming the following day to give me some comparisons. Both the other companies that came out on 7-25-08 (Guardain Protection Service & ADT) were both very professional and left **** from PCA Security looking like a slob. After hearing all of the proposals I decided to sign a contract with Guardian Protection Service because their plan seemed to fit my application the best. So I make a phone call to PCA Security, LLC and tell the secretary that I am calling to cancel my tenative agreement from the day before. She says that she will pull my file and transfer my call to another agent. A man by the name of ****** answers my call and askes why I'm deciding to cancel my contract. I told him that I had decided to go with another undisclosed company because their plan was better for me. He responded by saying "they are offering you a better deal than" repeats everything on the contract. I responded by saying yes. His response was "NO THEY DIDN'T" in a sharp tone and he hung up the phone. I call back and ask the secretary to speak to a manager because ****** was completely rude and ended our converstation early. She responed by telling me that ****** was the owner of the company. So, I asked if I could please speak with him again. The call is transferred and I hear the phone pick up and then again slam down disconnecting the call. I call back a third time and ask the secretary if she or someone else can issue me a confirmation of the cancellation of the contract. She responds by telling me that only Andrew can do that. So, again I ask to speak with *****. The call transfers and he picks up and says "STOP CALLING HERE YOU f@#%KING BOZO!" and again hangs up. I have placed a call with COPS Monitoring to issue a complaint about the level of service that I received from PCA Security. I am still waiting a phone call back from COPS Monitoring. I can't believe the disrespect and unprofessionalism that was displayed by this company. I issued an offical complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do not use this company and pass the word. I feel very thankful that I didn't get into a 5 year contract with a company like this. Completely unbelievable. |

| Recent Review For Wyandotte Alarm: Well be aware this provider scheduled a 1 day to 1 1/2 day install. There workers showed up after 9 AM, gone by 2 PM then said they need a 3rd day and never showed up. Several phone calls later they sent a person to try and smooth things out. But at the cost of me taking off work at $200 a day. Well there installers need a lot more training. The first day they took out my cable TV the second day they messed up 1 window screen and didn't say anything. But they still wanted me to take 2 more days off work due to there working 4-5 hrs a day only. Well I did get a hold of the mananger and said that those hours are not the norm and they should be there 8hrs a day, but still who payed the price the home owner. 3 days of lost wages, and a system 1/2 done. |
