| Recent Review For Securitech: I called all the alarm companies that service Wilmington, Delaware. After having 6 technicians evaluate our needs and give us expensive upgrade prices and high monthly fees with long "Rip You Off" contracts we went with Securitech. We bought a house that already had an alarm with a major carrier (ADT). We only had it activated, no updates or upgrades and they still trapped us in a 2-year contract with a high monthly monitoring fee and an inadequate outdated alarm system. (We paid the termination fee just to get them out of our home and our lives) This company was very easy to work with. They used some of the existing hardware, upgraded motion detectors, door sensors, and separated multiple zones at a reasonable price. The hardware is fairly basic but other national companies try to charge you as if it could fly a space shuttle. The technician who did the installation was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the monitoring station is timely and consistent. The monitoring is also affordable and only a one year commitment. After all the painful research, we are very happy with our decision. I recommend you include this company in your research. Update: This company continues to provide the same level of service that led me to them in the first place. Our alarm works well, (we test it regularly) it is easy to operate and the charges are fair and reasonable. |
